Chaman Lal
The author Dr Chaman Lal is currently serving as Visiting Professor in the University of the West Indies, Trinidad & Tobago. He holds the position of a Professor in the Centre for Indian Languages at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He has written, translated and edited several books in Hindi, English and Punjabi, and is a noted scholar on Shaheed Bhagat Singh and the revolutionary Punjabi poet, Pash. The translator Dr Hina Nandrajog is an Associate Professor in the Department of English at Vivekananda College, University of Delhi. She is an avid translator and twice recipient of Katha Award for Translation.
