Strong headline
If you are writing a news letter and your headline is not strong enough to turn the head of the audience then the whole concept of writing the news letter is a total waste of time because only the heading that can bring the audience to your organisation.
Conversational tone
While writing a news letter you should keep that in mind that you are trying to make a conversation with the readers instead of announcing the updates of the organisation. If you will not use the conversational tone than the audience will simply pass without reading it or writing a news letter without the engagement of the audience is not what you need.
Visual elements
If we take an example of ourselves then we would rather not engage with a news letter which does not have any kind of visual elements in the form of pictures, graphs or anything else like that. If you want to make your news letter worth the read then you have to put at least a few pictorial graphs or visual elements in it.
