Divya Prakash Dubey was born in Lucknow on 8th May, 1982 and is currently 40 years old. He completed his Computer Science degree from College of Engineering Roorkee, and then pursued MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. After being placed in an MNC job, he started writing and got his stories published.
He has written numerous books in Hindi like Musafir Cafe, October Junction, Ibnebatuti and also has couple of short films. He also write songs. He has also took up two ventures known as “Sunday wali chitti” and “StoryBaazi”, both working on story telling.
Dubey writes stories in Hindi, but not in the traditional or conventional way. He has changed the style of Hindi writing and has become one of the first names in the market modern contemporary Hindi authors in Indian Market.
His popular book “Musafir Cafe” revolves around the life of Sudha and Chandar, both unique and different in their own ways and how they meet up despite their differences.
His another book, “Masala Chai” is a short collection of stories which reflect various experiences of life.
